My name is Erica Hills, and my medical journey has required more strength and persistence than I ever imagined.

I am currently receiving care for medullary thyroid cancer, systemic T-cell lymphoma and idiopathic intracranial hypertension, also known as IIH.

IIH is a rare neurological condition involving increased pressure around the brain and requiring continuous medical attention.

Over the past few years, my care has included multiple procedures, a VP shunt, a venous sinus stent, kidney surgeries and recovery from a stroke related to elevated intracranial pressure.

Those procedures are part of my history, but my care continues today.

Prescribed treatments. Specialist appointments. Medical tests. Follow-up visits. Close monitoring and transportation. Each one is an essential part of the care recommended by my medical team.

My campaign has a goal of $30,000 to help cover these ongoing treatment-related expenses.
